Wednesday: 17km easy (17)

Thursday: 10km easy (10)

Friday: 13km easy (13)

Saturday: AM 4km easy, PM National 12 Stage leg 3. 29:10, -12. Disappointing run. (22)

Sunday: 24km easy (24)
