Only managed one session this week. Apart from that I felt pretty flat and ran slowly. Hopefully two weeks off work will give me the rest I need.

Wednesday: 16km easy (16)

Thursday: AM 11km easy / PM 13km easy (24)

Friday: AM 8km very easy / PM 9 miles alternating: 6:00, 5:03, 5:54, 5:04, 5:57, 5:03, 5:54, 5:01, 5:52. 49:48 total (29)

Saturday: 16km easy (16)

Sunday: 15km easy (15)

Week total: 127km
