A low mileage week. I managed to run every day but had calf pain when I tried to run fast. It seems to be clearing.

Monday: 12km easy (12)

Tuesday: 9km easy, strides (9)

Wednesday: 12km easy (12)

Thursday: 10km – abandoned session due to calf pain (10)

Friday: 12km moderate (12)

Saturday: 13km moderate (13)

Sunday: 17km easy (17)

Week total: 85km
