I felt I raced well on Wednesday despite still being tired and sore from the weekend. I couldn’t get on the track on Saturday so did a short but intense session on grass instead.

Monday: AM 10km easy / PM 14km easy (24)

Tuesday: 16km easy (16)

Wednesday: AM 12km easy / PM Rowheath 5k – 2nd in 15:43 (27)

Thursday: 20km easy (20)

Friday: rest (0)

Saturday: AM grass session 5:00/3:30/2:00/1:00 hard off 5:00 / PM 10km easy (24)

Sunday: 25km easy (25)

Week total: 136km
