Tuesday: AM 12km easy / PM road session 3 x (mile, half mile) off 90, 4 x 60s off 60 (28)

Wednesday: 17km easy (17)

Thursday: AM 11km easy / PM 14 easy (25)

Friday: AM 10km easy / PM 16km progression run 29:38/28:42, 5 min jog (27)

Saturday: rest (0)

Sunday: 27km easy (27)

Week total: 139km
