It took a few days to get a bit of hamstring trouble out of my legs after the race last weekend. I was pleased with Friday’s track session.

Monday: AM 14km easy / PM 10km easy (24)

Tuesday: AM 10km easy / PM 17km easy (27)

Wednesday: 14km with hard last 3km (14)

Thursday: 11km easy (11)

Friday: AM 10km easy / PM track session 1000, 4×400, 1000, 4×400, 1000 – 3:08, 70, 70, 69, 68, 3:04, 70, 69, 68, 66, 3:02 (25)

Saturday: 14km easy (14)

Sunday: rest (0)
