Saturday: 4×800, 4×400, 4×200 – 200 jog between efforts / 400 between sets: 2:29, 29, 27, 26, 73, 72, 73, 68, 34, 33, 31, 30 (20)
Sunday: 16km easy (16)
Week total: 118km
