Mostly easy running just to get back into it. Fairly happy with my run at the 6 stage. Lacking speed.

Monday: 11 easy (11)

Tuesday: 11 with 4 mile mixed-pace run on track (11)

Wednesday: 10 easy (10)

Thursday: 12 easy (12)

Friday: 8 easy (8)

Saturday: National 6 Stage, team 39th. 16:04 for 23rd on leg 2. (10)

Sunday: 19 easy ~2:15. Picked up the pace last few miles (19)

Week total: 81 miles

2012 total: 2688 miles
