Two long runs and a good track session. Recovered well from last week’s 10k.

Monday: easy long run with 6km barefoot. Sore. (24)

Tuesday: 16km easy, 4km barefoot (16)

Wednesday: 12km easy (12)

Thursday: 20km, mainly easy, 10x50m hill sprints, 4 accels on flat (20)

Friday: 16km easy (16)

Saturday: 2×2000 off 1000 recovery, 5×200 in spikes: 6:03, 6:00, 31, 30, 29, 29, 29 then 2km barefoot – wet and windy (18)

Sunday: 25km easy (25)

Week total: 131km
