Monday: 15km easy (15)

Tuesday: AM 8km easy / PM grass session 3*10:00 off 2:00 – 3:16 average pace, strides (25)

Wednesday: 14km easy (14)

Thursday: AM 10km easy / PM 10km easy (20)

Friday: AM 8km easy / PM track session – 3*800,3*600,3*400,3*200, 200 jog between efforts, 400 between sets – 2:22,22,21, 1:43,43,44,65,65,64,31,30,29 (24)

Saturday: rest (0)

Sunday: 19km easy (19)
