Two very good sessions this week. I really benefitted from going shorter and easier on my easy days.

I didn’t manage to do all the training I wanted to do this week. Too much work, too little sleep. Good long run on Sunday though.

A good week of training. Not a very quick tempo run but I wasn’t very well rested either.
