Yuki Kawauchi is running a 50k Ultra this weekend. Interesting choice. Generally marathon runners tend to train but not race overdistance. It’ll be interesting to see what a proper marathon runner can do 50k in.

Legend Bekele Planning World Champs Return
This is great news. It’ll be exciting to see Kenenisa Bekele having a shot at his 5th world title, and with the depth in world distance running at the moment (I’m thinking Merga, Farah, Tadese to name but 3) the race could be a cracker.
