I didn’t manage to run as many miles/kms as expected due to lack of long run. I felt strong in the Tuesday session and my tempo pace is starting to get a bit quicker.

Monday: 16km easy (16)

Tuesday: AM 11km easy / PM 1-3-5-5-3-1-1-3-5 mins at the Vale, 60/90/2:00 recoveries (28)

Wednesday: 19km easy (19)

Thursday: AM 11km easy / PM 15km easy (26)

Friday: AM 10km easy / PM 5 mile tempo 27:30 + 8x60m hill reps (27)

Saturday: rest (0)

Sunday: 9km easy (9)

Week total: 125km
