A gentle start to the week as I’ve been having some trouble with my ankle. It’s fine now so hopefully I can get back to doing some proper sessions next week.
Monday: 12km easy (12)
Tuesday: 16km easy (16)
Wednesday: AM 16km easy / PM 10km easy (26)
Thursday: AM 12km easy / PM 2x4x250m hill reps, 5:00 between sets (25)
Friday: rest (0)
Saturday: AM 16km easy / PM 10km easy (26)
Sunday: 27km with a hard last 7km (27)
